Location
The Sira Sila development is neslted around a tranquil lake just south of Hua Hin. The area between Petchkasem road and Khao Takiab beach road is being developed to incorporate the estates and an up-market holiday complex.
Estate Management
The estate management team is now well established under an experienced general manager, and operates from the management facilities incorporated into the Clubhouse complex. The team comprises owner and guest reception and concierge personnel, accounting, office and business services staff, housekeeping, catering, and maid services staff, engineers and groundskeepers.
As well as managing the estate facilities and maintaining the extensive infrastructure and tropical landscaping of Sira Sila Estates, the management team is providing maid and laundry services, pool cleaning, grounds-keeping and maintenance of the villas. A villa rental and rental management service is available to villa owners wishing to rent out their properties when they are not in residence.
The promotion of villa rentals is extended world-wide. A comprehensive range of owner and guest services is available via the reception office, including airport transfers and self-drive car rental, golf, boating, diving, and many other recreational activities, shows and events, tours, and excursions.
