The Kundala Clubhouse

We have spent a great deal of time to discover new ideas, new fashionable interiors that were originally inspired by faraway places.

Our houses are usually designed for minimum maintenance and maximum impact. The exterior of the house holds a tough texture, with a protective paint finish to prevent peeling or flaking.

Inside surface finishes are heavy duty, light and functional furniture were most desirable, while furnishing materials such as cotton and canvas are made to last. Therefore, we have used Teak wood furnishings through out the house.

The pretty color scheme that can give you the look of the summer comes back from the strong blues of sea and sky, while combining them with the color of the seaside sand like beige, ivory, yellow and cool whites bringing your home into a summer mood.

Our houses are designed around an outdoor life, a nice barbecue on the terrace, a pergola on the sundeck, a hammock between trees, a poolside shelter, where you can spend most of your time in the fresh air.

Bedrooms

Bedrooms, living areas and gardens are the 3 main spaces in any home, as they should provide a restful, relaxing environment.

Living-room.

The most important aspect in living areas is the interaction between inside and outside. The location of the living area should face the garden or the terrace as it gives the living room a dynamic feeling.

That is why we have your living room detached and facing the swimming pool and the lake on one side and a terrace with a lotus pond connecting the rest of the house on the other side. The glass windows and doors, on nearly all sides, form an interaction between the inside and outside creating the best of tropical living.

Nothing is more important than your kitchen. It's the heart of your home. It's the place where most of the family members spend a great time in. Kitchen design is one of the most critical components, as it's very subjective.

Place of the kitchen:

The best place for your kitchen is in direct contact with the entrance or (tradesman entrance), dinning area, or living room. To prevent spread of noise and smell, we have placed the kitchen in the same wing of the utility's area, which is separated from the rest of the house.
